Shipping Partners

lessismoda partners with leading international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, and works with local couriers to deliver directly to your door. We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Payment & Processing

Payment is charged at checkout and must be verified before shipping. This may take several days.
Orders with incorrect billing details or needing extra verification may be delayed or canceled to prevent fraud.
Order Fulfillment

Average processing time is 2–5 business days, though it may take up to 10 days during peak or holiday seasons.
Once processing begins, no changes can be made, including address updates.
Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.
We ship only on business days (no shipping on weekends or holidays).
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product origin and availability.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

It may take a few days for tracking info to update. If no updates appear within 5 business days, please contact us.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are approximate and do not include processing time:

United States: 7–14 business days
Canada, Europe: 10–14 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10–21 business days
Mexico, Central & South America: 15–30 business days
Please note: Delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is refused or returned, you will be charged for return shipping and any duties incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

lessismoda is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

We rely on carrier tracking data and delivery confirmation when reviewing claims.

Wrong Address Policy

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot make changes once an order is placed or processed.
